  can it be delivered to VietNam? And is this International phone?

  Administratoryes we can send to VietNam,this phone is unlocked phone. But for Vietnam client we only accept the pay by west union transfer or moneybookers.

  HI you acceppt www.moneybookers.com the escrow service? what about warranty/garantie, how long? if the item/s are destroid/broken, how we handel it? did you mark the items on a cheap way? did you send a orig. bill? what is deferent to the CECT P168 or I9 ? and my last question, what is the final price for 2 pcs./items or 4 pcs./items? thank you for your answer. and sry for my school-english. ;)

The warranty is one year,if the phone have some quality problem ( not include the demage by person),we can reapir for you ,but you need pay all shipping fee.
